15. Applicable Law; Jurisdiction; Dispute Resolution & Class Waiver

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

  • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis under the Federal Arbitration Act.

  • You waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit.

16. Miscellaneous

  • Failure to enforce any term of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

  • Any claims must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action.
